Since 15 years and a beginning of history in Lille, Decoroom has become one of the reference furniture rental companies in France. Through its values, just like its caring, rigorous and responsible team, Decoroom has naturally developed in Belgium since 2022.
Our varied range of more than 800 references of furniture, bars, partitions, lighting, plants and accessories allows us to design any type of corporate, sports, cultural, congress and trade show event.
Our logistic center of 8000m2 and our agency of Brussels allow a fast projection towards the various places of events of Belgium, in particular in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Liege, Namur, Courtrai.
Our team is at your disposal to exchange and share its experience, to accompany you in a simple and effective way while respecting your budget.

Our furniture range
We manufacture more than 50% of our furniture according to a virtuous circle based on the principles of the circular economy. This way of working allows us to offer you original and innovative furniture while controlling the quality and our environmental impact. Another part of our range is composed of products coming from factories sharing our values which themselves control their social and environmental impact.

Our logistic service
Our logistic center of 8000 m2 and our agency of Brussels allow a fast projection towards the different event locations of Belgium. We have our own fleet of trucks ranging from vans to semi-trailers and our team of drivers is available 24/7. Thus, we adapt to your access and timing constraints.
Delivery and pick-up
Under a tent, on a rooftop, on a floor, on a beach, our team of drivers will deliver you on the place of event by adapting to the constraints of access previously defined with you. They also collect pallets, carts and other packaging if you cannot store them on site.
Setup et pick-up
Our team of installers takes care of the installation according to your plans or instructions. At the end of the event, our team repackages all the furniture before loading it into the trucks.

Nous sommes disponibles 24/7 pour toute question technique, modification ou autres question durant votre événement.
Technical support
Our sales team is at your disposal to exchange and share its experience to accompany you in a simple and effective way while respecting your budget. You will receive an estimate within 24 hours maximum and within the hour in case of emergency.
We offer other complementary services:
2D and 3D design
When you can not do it in-house, we offer 3D views, 3D and technical plans according to your specifications of the layout or according to our recommendations. Upon request, we can provide you with 3D files and technical plans of our furniture.
Customization
Some of our references can be customized with the color of your choice or with a sticker. Under certain conditions, we can manufacture custom-made furniture or adapt furniture from our range to your needs.
